In the production of our products, we rely on the best possible workmanship and mainly use materials like ceramic, porcelain, wood, metal, polyresin, glass, textiles and felt. We attach great importance to the careful use of resources and refrain from the use of feathers, hides, leather, horn, shells and snail shells. - Manufacturing:
We work with a pool of reliable and responsible core-suppliers in Asia, who are sensitive to quality issues. - Control:
The Dragimex office in Hong Kong and our branch office in Quanzhou/China ensure through inspections that all merchandise and production standards comply with the agreed criteria. - Safety:
We let certified labs test the merchandise quality. - Delivery:
We inspect without exception the goods received at Dragimex logistics center.
In addition, for our own quality managers daily updated information is of the highest priority. For this reason, they communicate regularly with the test institutes, with which we cooperate and attend seminars on all relevant topics for our business. Of course, our specialists make sure that our articles comply with valid European laws and regulations.
